Third Wave Water’s Coffee Water Profile is scientifically designed to enhance the distinct flavors of light, medium, and dark roast coffee, improving extraction, reducing unwanted bitterness, and bringing out greater sweetness, clarity, and balance. You can also use this special mineral profile to make Calibrated Water™.

• Ideal for All Brewing Methods – Works seamlessly with drip coffee makers (Keurig, Mr. Coffee, Breville, etc.) and manual brewing methods (AeroPress, Chemex, V60, Hario, Kalita Wave, etc.).

• Calibrated Water™ – Calibrated Water™ is water developed to meet Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) water standards, helping support optimal coffee extraction and flavor. This water profile is also suitable for cupping protocols used for quality evaluation in the specialty coffee industry.

• Enhances Sweetness, Balance & Flavor – Creates an ideal mineral balance to help reduce unwanted bitterness while bringing out the natural sweetness, complexity, body, and character of your favorite coffee, regardless of roast level.

How to Use:

Simply add one stick to the appropriate amount of distilled or RO (Reverse Osmosis) water — 1 gallon, 5 gallons, or 2 liters, depending on the stick size. Shake to dissolve, then use the water to brew your favorite coffee.
