Single Origin Organic Honduras coffee from COMSA in Marcala, La Paz. Grown at altitudes between 1,300 and 1,700 meters and fully natural-processed on raised beds, this coffee boasts tasting notes of plum, raspberry, strawberry-lemonade, rhubarb, allspice, and cream with a lively fruit-forward cup.

Why natural?  
Most everyday coffee is washed—fruit removed early for a clean, classic cup. Natural coffees dry inside the cherry, so more of that fruit character stays in the bean. Expect brighter berries, stone fruit, and a playful sweetness. It’s still serious coffee—just a more colorful side of the same origin.
