This Fair Trade organic lot comes from Diego Girón Gómez, a second-generation producer on the ~10-hectare El Rincón farm in La Concordia, Chiapas (about 1,300–1,450 masl). Cherries are carefully picked, fully washed, and sun-dried; parchment moves through the Triunfo Verde cooperative for milling and export.
